A reliable power grid depends on constantly balanced energy flows, but aging infrastructure, complex interconnection systems, and intermittent generation threatens reliability and wastes significant energy. Current storage solutions are costly and inflexible, lacking the long-term reliability needed to sustain a resilient power grid. When co-located with critical infrastructure, logistics hubs, data centers and more, we create the power grid of tomorrow while stabilizing the grid of today. Long Duration
Renuvi brings 10-24 hours with rapid charging capabilities and the ability to cycle at will. A true form of flexible long duration storage to meet the needs of everyone.
Peak Shaving
Reduces the need for the grid to supply power during peak demand periods. It allows users to store excess power when demand is low and discharge when demand is high.
Arbitrage Opportunities
Gives the ability to users to charge the battery when demand/prices are low and sell back to grid when prices increase. As a utility, having this ability helps them keep costs for low-income users.
High Energy Density
Renuvi’s unique Salt-Matrix chemistry delivers energy density greater than other sodium based systems with potential for significant gains in the future.
Load Balancing

Imagine a network of power reservoirs able to capture and store power to meet the ebb and flow of consumption on demand. Renuvi can create these reservoirs within existing infrastructure without the need for costly upgrades. Our unique capabilities allow us to deploy storage facilities directly into the power grid and be operated similar to traditional generation at a fraction of the cost.
Inline power plants meet the needs of everyone.
Other storage solutions are designed for a specific need of storing a fixed amount of energy. The Renuvi system was designed from the start to fit inline with the power grid. Our unique ability to operate without a need for total charge or discharge and with a greater storage capacity and lifespan than many options on the market, we can meet scalable demands for any situation, solve issues with frequency modulation, and support critical infrastructure.
A distributed grid supports the future.
With the rise of renewables, future demand for electric vehicles and data centers and requirements to reduce emissions, we need storge solutions that do more than store energy. A distributed network solves this by being co-located anywhere it is needed. EV charging networks, backup systems, logistics support, and simple storage centers all become power reservoirs able to store and release power on demand at any time.
Energy storage is cheaper.
Large generation is supported largely by coal, natural gas and renewables. Traditional storage provides some offset, but falls short in truly replacing generation when it is needed most. With a distributed network of Renuvi storage, we replace costly interim generation and help flatten the curve in rising energy costs. At the same time, we increase the capacity of the grid.
